Send forms in Spanish

Spanish forms, emails and signing screens, with an English copy for your file.

Steps

   On Send Form, choose Español under the language buttons before you press send.

   The email, the form, the signing screens and the e-sign consent are all in Spanish. Your client can switch back to English at the top of the form at any time.

   On your side, field names stay in English. Free-text answers typed in Spanish show a small Answered in Spanish tag; nothing is translated automatically.

   Download the PDF: you get the Spanish document the client signed, and Download English copy gives you an English version for your file.

   Your own extra questions can have a Spanish version: edit the template and open Spanish version (optional) under the question.

Good to know: Spanish texts are written once and checked by the TitleMagic owner. Ask your attorney if you need them reviewed for your own use.
