1. A simpler quoting experience

Give realtors a straightforward way to request a title quote from your agency’s website. The goal is fewer unnecessary steps and an experience that works on desktop and mobile.

2. Smarter endorsement selection

The planned calculator will use property type to select the appropriate endorsements automatically. Your agency’s rates, rules, and quote outputs will need to be configured and validated before production use.

3. Your brand. Your referral relationships.

Embed a calculator branded with your agency’s logo. Realtors will be able to share quotes as PDFs, and your agency will be able to see which realtors use the calculator.

How it will work

  1. Step 1 — Enter the property details

    A realtor opens your branded calculator and enters the required information.

  2. Step 2 — Prepare the estimate

    The planned workflow selects relevant endorsements based on property type and prepares an estimate using your configured information.

  3. Step 3 — Share the quote

    The realtor generates a shareable PDF to review with the client. Your agency remains responsible for validating rates, rules, and final quote requirements.

Is TitleMagic Quotes available now?

No. Quotes is in development, with Florida as the first market. This page is for agencies interested in early access.

How much will Quotes cost?

The planned price is $99/month as an add-on. Eligible founding agencies will receive 12 months included after launch, subject to agreed terms.

Will it integrate with my title production software?

TitleMagic is designed to work alongside your existing title production software, not replace it. Direct integrations are not currently available. We’ll clarify the available data-transfer workflow before Quotes launches.

How will rates and endorsements be handled?

The planned calculator will select appropriate endorsements based on property type. Agency-specific rates, rules, and outputs must be configured and validated before production use. Quotes is not yet available for live quoting.
