How this works: a monitor on our own server requests the sign-in page and a database-backed endpoint every 5 minutes and records whether each answered. An incident is two or more failed checks in a row, or 15 minutes with no check recorded. Uptime is the share of five-minute slots with a successful check since monitoring began (Oct 18, 2026); a slot with no check counts against us.
Because the monitor runs on the same server, a problem that cuts only the public internet path to us may not show here. Short slowdowns between checks are not captured. To report a problem, email support@gettitlemagic.com. See the Trust Center for our policies.
