Download the signed PDFs

Get the signed form as a PDF, including the English copy of a Spanish form.

Steps

  1. Open Submissions and find the form.

  2. Press Download PDF on the card. The PDF has every answer, each signature, the date and time, and the audit trail.

  3. Social Security and bank numbers are shown with only the last four characters. The full numbers stay encrypted and are shown only when you press Reveal, and every reveal is recorded.

  4. If a client signed in Spanish, Download PDF (Spanish original) is the document they signed, and Download English copy is an English version for your file.

  5. A green Verified unchanged note means the saved PDF still matches its fingerprint from the moment of signing.

  6. To take many records at once, the account owner can use Export records under Settings.
