How this is worked out: Magic Links = files × signers per file, rounded up (30 × 1.5 = 45), because each signer gets their own link. The plan is the smallest one whose monthly link limit covers that. Cost per form = monthly cost ÷ Magic Links. Hours saved = Magic Links × minutes per form ÷ 60. Value = hours saved × hourly cost. Net savings = value of hours saved − monthly cost.

Questions about the calculator

How are Magic Links counted?

Each signer gets their own secure Magic Link, and each link sent counts once toward your monthly allowance. A file with a buyer and a co-buyer uses two links. Resending a replacement link to the same signer does not count again, and unused links do not roll over. The calculator multiplies files by signers per file and rounds up, exactly as the app counts.

What if we use Qualia and SoftPro?

TitleMagic works alongside the title software you already use, including Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare and AccuTitle, or several at once: clients fill and sign through a Magic Link, and your processors download the signed PDF for the file. TitleMagic is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies, and it does not sync into them today.

Can we use it without title software?

Yes. TitleMagic works on its own. You send Magic Links, track who has signed and download the complete signed PDF from the TitleMagic dashboard, with no title platform required.
