Turn on two-factor login

Add a 6-digit code from your phone to your password.

Steps

   Open Settings, then Security.

   Install an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy.

   Press to turn two-factor on, then scan the QR code with the app. If you cannot scan, type the key shown into the app.

   Type the 6-digit code the app shows to confirm.

   Save your backup codes somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone.

   Owners can also switch on Require two-factor for everyone in my company, and Ask signers for a 6-digit code before their form opens for extra protection of client links.

Good to know: Lost phone? Use a backup code, or ask your account owner to reset two-factor for you.
