Read “Review these items”
Gentle checks on each submission. They are prompts to look closer, never a verdict.
Steps
On Submissions, a small Review number next to a signer counts the items worth a closer look.
Open the submission. Each item says whether it was Seen, Not seen or has No information, and gives one sentence on why it matters.
Items include: a married buyer with no spouse listed, an ownership type that does not fit the marital status, a forwarding address that is the property being sold, an entity or trust without a signer or documents, signers who have not all signed, and a name on the form that differs from the name you entered.
Use your normal process to confirm anything that matters. These items never decide anything for you.
Good to know: They are common things worth a second look, not a finding of fraud.
